On reflecting over the last couple of weeks, I wanted to give some feedback on the service we have received.
Over the last couple of weeks, we have had a few occasions where we have required some very last minute attendance to some of our vehicles and in 1 or 2 occasions that has led to additional work which was not accounted for at the point of booking. Donna, Mike and the technicians involved have provided some excellent service and maneuvered work around to accommodate us which has not gone unnoticed or appreciated. With service levels in our industry at an all-time low, it’s been refreshing to have your team go above and beyond to provide a great service.
